钢的牌号和化学成分(熔炼分析)见表1。
需方可以从钢管上取样作成品分析,成品化学分析成分也应符合表1规定。

2)为ASTM或美国铸钢协会尚未注册的非标准牌号。
3)经供需双方协商,牌号CPH20的碳含量可以为不大于0.1%。如果这样商定,该牌号应为CPH10。
2 热处理
钢管应按表2规定的温度和时间进行热处理。

1)此性能为表1所列成分范围内经调整成分,以得到铁素体-奥氏体比例,达到规定的较高的抗拉强度和屈服强度。当这种材料放在800℃以上使用温度下时,可能造成低的冲击值。
4 水压试验
每根管应按照ASTMA530M进行水压试验。
